Teacher Training Level 1 (200hr)

Deepen your practice in this experiential course. Learn key aspects of sequencing, alignment, anatomy and physiology as well as delving into the depths of yogic philosophy. Accredited with Yoga Alliance, the next course runs weekly every Thursday 10am - 5pm and starts October 18th
