As a certified yoga therapist and senior yoga teacher in Sydney, I others in finding the well-being and discovery that yoga provides. I offer a wide range of yoga, healing, and training services including individual, small groups, retreats, corporate, schools, skills development, trainings, and mentoring. As a doula Calmbirth® educator for many years I also offer support to pregnant and post-natal couples and families.

Life presents challenges affecting us physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. I offer a holistic approach based on yogic and Western science to support people towards wellbeing and growth.

Since 1997, I’ve practiced yoga and meditation while learning healing modalities for my growth and client support. With over 20 years of experience running Concord Yoga Studio, Balance Yoga Sydney, and The Sydney Pregnancy Centre, I collaborated with numerous allied health professionals and wellbeing consultants.

I believe in compassionate care in therapy and am known for my warm, nurturing approach, helping clients tap into their inner resources. I have been told surprisingly often my classes are like a "big warm hug".
