About Me
Yogini, Scientist, Educator
After completing my bachelor degree in Science, majoring in chemistry and biochemistry in 1996, my interest in how the body and mind works and heals, along with my curiosity of energy and quantum physics led me to Yoga's ancient wisdom.
With over two decades of extensive, practice, learning and professional experience, I help people to find more wellbeing on all levels through sharing the wisdom and science of yoga and holistic therapies.
More About Kylie
As a certified Yoga therapist and senior Yoga teacher based in Sydney, my passion is to assist others to find a path of well-being and discovery that yoga provides.
Life can present us with challenges that affect us on all levels; physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. With a holistic approach, we can help to make positive changes and transform pain into insight, peace and power once more. Whether you want to relieve discomfort in your body, recover from trauma, need resources whilst facing a chronic health challenge, or become more present, you’ll benefit from my holistic approach.
Since 1997 I’ve practised yoga, and meditation, and learnt a range of healing modalities for more own well-being and growth and to support my clients. I had over 15 years of experience running my own yoga studio and natural health clinics, Concord Yoga Studio, Balance Yoga Sydney and The Sydney Pregnancy Centre, where I had the pleasure of working collaboratively with other professionals such as Chinese medicine doctors, social workers, psychologists, physiotherapists, naturopaths and more.
I believe in the importance of compassion and care in therapy and am known for my warm, nurturing and gentle approach to guiding people within and enabling them to utilise their inner resources of the body, mind and soul.
