Book Launch Invitation - Yoga From Menarche to Motherhood

I am absolutely delighted to announce the launch of my new book:
"Yoga from Menarche to Motherhood: An Inclusive and Compassionate Approach to Women's Health."
This work is an exploration of how yoga can support us through the changing seasons of life. From the thresholds of adolescence and fertility to pregnancy, motherhood, grief, trauma recovery, and beyond, this book is an invitation to return to the authority of your own skin.
Drawing on my 30 years of personal practice, research, and experience as a yoga teacher and therapist, this work is my response to the medicalised gaze and patriarchal frameworks that have historically silenced our lived experience. It is an act of epistemic justice - a reclamation of spirit and the science that belongs to us.
Within these pages, we explore how yoga can be practiced in ways that are inclusive, compassionate, and deeply responsive to individual needs. By using the science of yoga - including the Vyuham Model (a four-step model for therapeutic practice) - we navigate the path toward non-suffering and contentment (Sukha), cultivating a sense of ease, resilience, and embodied power.
Join Me at the Threshold
I invite you to celebrate this launch with me. We will gather not just to discuss a text, but to stand together in a new lineage of matriarchal women's healthcare. Join me and the wise women who contributed to this work for a vital conversation about feminism, women's health, yoga, healing, and traditional wisdom.
