Service Description

Home visit. A holistic massage using deep tissue massage techniques, energy channels and acupressure points, fascial release, energy work and gentle joint mobilisations. Trauma- sensitive and helpful for soothing and rebalancing you physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. Using a holistic approach underpinned with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection these sessions are focused on a deep resoration of the nervous system through nurturing and care. To assist the therapeutic experience, I may use tools such as candles, aromatherapy, sound and music, aura-soma, flower essence and more to stimulate feelings of relaxation, and beauty through the senses. This individualised treatment is trauma-sensitive and can be done fully clothed and covered with a blanket if more suitable for you. Foot massage, hand and arm massage, and acupressure can be combined with treatment.
