Here at Balance Yoga Sydney we pride ourselves on providing classes for all bodies. We believe in practicing Yoga and Pilates to bring better balance, strength and alignment to your mind and body.

We offer an array of classes and courses to help you find what's right for you. These are provided by a group of heartfelt teachers who believe in sharing the gift of Yoga & Meditation.

We pride ourselves on making our classes accessible for anyone, at any level. We offer variations in all classes to help suit each client.

Currently we offer, Beginners Yoga, Open Yoga (mixed level), Restorative Yoga, Women's Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga and Mat Pilates Classes.

We also offer monthly Full Moon Yoga and Meditation classes.

Our Courses

We offer a variety of 6-week courses including, Yoga for Anxiety & Stress, Meditation, Mum's & Bub's, and Beginners Foundations.

Yoga Therapy & Corporate Classes

In addition to our classes and courses, we offer corporate classes run either from the studio or at your chosen venue. We also offer Yoga Therapy with a qualified Yoga Therapist in a on-on-one consultation. FAQ’s:

Do I have to book into a class or can I just show up?

You can just show up to any yoga class. No bookings required. Bookings are required for courses and most workshops.

Do I need my own mat?

If you have your own mat bring it along, otherwise we have studio mats you can use, or you can buy your own mat from us.

Parking

All day street parking is available on George St in our North Strathfield Location - there is also 2 parking station on George St with 2 hours free parking. After 6pm Monday-Friday and all day Saturday & Sunday NRMA boom-gates are left up for public parking.
