50 hour Yoga Australia Accredited course for Yoga Teachers

Learn to teach pregnant women yoga! Many women discover yoga whilst they are pregnant as it is widely promoted by Dr's and Midwives as an exercise to do during pregnancy and for the benefits of preparing for birth and bonding with their babies.

Our course is designed to teach you the needs and wants of pregnant women through to their post natal period. You will learn how to create safe classes which cater for a variety of needs and deliver a balanced and enjoyable practice for women in this stage of life.

Kylie Hennessy has 3 children, 2 of which were born in the privacy of their home using support, her breath and her trust in the birth process and her bodies wisdom developed from her years of yoga, meditation and healing practices.
She has been teaching pre and post natal yoga for over 15 years and the renewed calmbirth® program as taught by Peter Jackson for almost 10 years. She is a doula (birth support companion) and has supported many, many women and couples through this amazing time in their lives.
